Terms of Use

House Rules:

Guests must abide by the house rules as listed in the Airbnb listing and communicated by the host. Failure to do so may result in eviction and forfeiture of any payments made. Liability: Guests assume full responsibility for any injuries or accidents that occur during their stay. The host is not liable for any loss or damage to personal property or for any personal injury sustained during the guest's stay.

General Rules:

• To be without shoes in the apartment.
• No parties or gatherings.
• The number of people in the apartments is the number of people specified in the reservation. No extra guests.
• Children of all ages are allowed.
• Smoking is prohibited in the apartments.
• Pets are allowed (surcharges may apply).
• Quiet hours are from 22:00 to 08:00.
• Guests must take out their own trash and load the dishwasher with used dishes before departure

Changes to Reservation: The host reserves the right to make changes to reservations, including changing the rental property or canceling the reservation, in the event of unforeseen circumstances. Check-in and Check-out: Check-in is at or after 3:00 pm local time and check-out time is at or before 11:00 am local time. Early check-in or late check-out may be available upon request and subject to availability.

Maximum Occupancy: The maximum occupancy for the property is 4. Exceeding this number may result in additional charges or cancellation of the reservation.

No Smoking: Smoking is strictly prohibited in the property. Guests who violate this policy may be subject to additional fees.
